The Taste of Canterbury Dinner will feature some of Canterbury’s artisan food producers and all entries in the second Grand New Zealand Pickled Walnut competition.
Award-winning food and travel writer, Mavis Airey, is the judge for the Pickled Walnut competition and the guest speaker for the evening.
