Extra option 1: Diana’s Pre-Conference Marlborough Minitour - 3-5 May - Photographic review!

Conference Registration Desk opened at 6.00pm on Thursday 5 May in the Reynolds Room, at Hokitika's Regent Theatre 23 Weld Street, with finger food followed by the official welcome commencing at 7:30pm.
The West Coast Chairman's address, and some horticultural talks were followed by the Wild Foods movie 'Magik and Rose'.

Field trips to 2 lake properties took place on Friday morning 6 May, with the delegates meeting and Annual General Meeting taking place in the afternoon before all departed by coach for the annual dinner at Shantytown - Photographic review!

Major field trips began on Saturday morning along the Punakaiki Coast, with an evening progressive dinner and fuction in Westport on Saturday 7 May - Photographic review!

This was followed by a visit to Cranberries north of Westport on Sunday 8 May, and then on to horticultural properties in sub-tropical Karamea before the conference closed in the afternoon - Photographic review!

Extra option 2: Mike Orchard's Post-conference field trip - 9 May -
An additional Post Conference tour ran via Westport, Reefton and the Grey Valley on Monday 9 May, finishing back in Hokitika - Photographic review!
