Newsletter editors, mailout people -
Please email your newsletter file as an attachment to web site management as early as possible.
We will extract event details (removing personal information) and publicise your events here.
Potential treecroppers will see your upcoming events described in your own branch's Events page! (above)
- more details:
Refer to your NZTCA Branch Manual page 14, regarding this requirement.
We can accept most file formats.
Privacy: We take time to remove personally sensitive details, notably ALL email addresses, private property host surnames, and residential address street numbers – on the day of an event, your Treecrops Event banners at key intersections guide visitors to venues:
Immediacy is key to get full details on branch events pages; there is not time to await snail mail, then scan, 'recognise' and web-code the interesting details - by that time the event might have passed!
The deal is that you need to email the event details at the earliest opportunity, to achieve the longest possible internet exposure. This has been proven to attract visitors to our events, many becoming new members.
However, posted newsletters are still
important, to provide
brief notice for the Events Nationwide listing. Of course, your newsletters are always read thoroughly, appreciated and archived.
So, simply email us with your newsletter file attached .
We can process most digital formats.
Other ideas and suggestions welcomed. Thanks for your consideration.

Access to Archived Newsletters
Where available, these can be accessed via Branch web pages listed above, and from the Events calendar above.
Apart from your Events details which we strive to extract and advertise urgently, web management will withhold the remaining content of newsletters for at least 3 months from date of publication. This allows our flagship magazine TreeCropper priority usage of newsletter content.
Thanks for your consideration. Helpful comments and suggestions welcomed.
