A pruning demonstration in their home orchard of peaches, plums, apples, pears, grapes etc plus maybe one of their 900 olive trees.
Walnuts and pine nuts are also grown.
Curly feathered geese run around the orchard so wear your gumboots.
Everyone is welcome to bring lunch to eat beforehand.

How to get there:
From Tauranga take the inland road at Matata, through Edgecumbe. Cross the river, continue past the Fonrterra factory on your left for about 2km. Turn left into Western Drain Road, look for drive on your right.
From east at Awakeri go straight ahead, towards Edgecumbe, turn right into Western Drain Road.
