Newsletter people - please consider doing one little thing extra to publicise your cause: email a copy of your latest newsletter as early as possible to the web site manager. Potential treecroppers will get to see your upcoming events in detail in your own branch Events page!
Or if it's easier: email just your event details, (or any other items of interest; colour photos of events reviews) - to make your branch Events page worthwhile. Use it as a supplement to your newsletter!
Examples: See how Branch Events pages have been used by
Waikato and
Wellington - Horowhenua
branches.
Email us your newsletter, event details or supplement. This web site brings in substantial new membership - please help keep its content current. It is especially useful for time-limited announcements such as Event notices.
Note that posting the printed newsletter alone does not cut it for this particular service. The deal is that you need to email the event details at the earliest opportunity, to achieve the longest possible internet exposure and boost our association's ranking on helpful references such as Google.
Posted newsletters are still welcomed when they eventually arrive, hopefully prior to your event. It is still important to get some details into the Events Nationwide summary, if only for a convenient historical reference. Of course, your newsletters are always read thoroughly, appreciated and archived. Thank you - web manager.
