Membership year is from date of joining.

By postal mail:

- b. Otherwise, in writing a letter to us, include in your letter your:
- full name,
- address,
- phone,
- Email,
- occupation,
- how you heard about us,
- your tree interests;
Next, nominate the Branch you would like to receive newsletters from:

- Franklin,
- Waikato and Thames-Coromandel,
- Bay of Plenty,
- Central Districts,
- Wairarapa,
- Wellington-Horowhenua,
- Marlborough,
- Nelson,
- West Coast,
- Canterbury,
- Coastal Otago,
- Central Otago.
(Note: You can request to receive newsletters from more than one branch.
List those branches and include an extra $13 for each additional 'Branch Associate Membership', below.)
Finally, enclose cheque payable to:
"NZ Tree Crops Association Inc",
for minimum $NZ40 (one 'Branch Full Membership'),
in 50cent-stamped envelope addressed to:
